Any cancellation will carry 5% retention charge
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as no- show and no refund will be given.
The Booking which is made for a peak holiday period ( from 20th Dec to 5thjan) cannot be modified and payment will not be refunded.
